FLEXITRACK is a semi-automatic filler-sealer designed for packaging liquid or semi-liquid products in pouches. It can be fitted with a manual dosing arm, enabling it to be converted into a semi-automatic filler, for use at the station or on an in-line machine. Mobile and versatile, the machine can be placed directly next to kettles for hot sachet packaging, or used to draw products from a mobile vat to dose sauces on a packaging line. Combined with FLEXIDOSE pouches, it offers a global concept for packaging and dispensing liquids, combining productivity, ergonomics and respect for the environment.

DOSIPACK is a mobile dispenser for packaging liquid or semi-liquid products with pieces. Its ergonomic arm makes dosing effortless for operators, eliminating repetitive movements and handling of loads. DOSIPACK can also operate in automatic mode, with detection of the presence of trays on the in-line machine conveyor and slaving to the sealing machine. Hot or cold products are dosed by suction into a mobile GN2/1 tank with valve, or a mixing tank with agitator (available as options). Commissioning is quick and easy, enabling it to be used for medium-sized production runs. The IP 65 touchscreen control interface lets you define operating modes, adjust dosing parameters and store recipes.

The mobile mixing tank has been designed to meet the need for flexibility in central kitchens of all sizes. The aim is to improve working conditions in the kitchen by reducing handling of hot loads. The automated mixing arm, integrated into the bowl, homogenizes preparations, guaranteeing reliable, precise dosing, even in the presence of markers.
