Tray destacking at the head of your packaging lines
The unstacker enables automatic unstacking on 1 to 4 lanes, depending on tray format, on DUOTRACK, POLYTRACK and FOODTRACK machines. Installation is simple and requires no adjustment, thanks to a self-centering system that integrates directly into the machine's standard connections. Tray format changeover is carried out without tools or manual adjustments, simply by selecting configurations via an intuitive, user-friendly touch interface. To guarantee smooth, efficient denesting, each magazine is equipped with an exclusive sterile air blowing denesting assistance system, ensuring optimum reliability while maintaining the strictest hygiene standards.
