A few definitions :

Who is the Data Controller?
The data controller is Rescaset Concept, a société par actions simplifiée (simplified joint stock company) with capital of €800,000, headquartered at 2521 Route du Tram, 38690 Colombe, France and registered with the Vienne Trade and Companies Registry under number 301 669 735.
What data is collected?
In the Contact Form tab: last name, first name, email, company you belong to, telephone number (landline or mobile), address, zip code and city.
In the Job Offer tab: surname, first name, address, zip code and city, landline and cell phone number, fax, email, photo and CV.
Fields marked with * are mandatory. If they are not filled in, we will not be able to process your request correctly. All other fields are optional.

Who has access to my data?
Within the limits of their respective responsibilities and for the purposes described above, the following persons may have access to your data:
With regard to data collected via the contact form and depending on the nature of your request: Socamel's marketing, sales and financial departments, and possibly the IT department and departments of Groupe Guillin, to which Socamel belongs.
Regarding data collected via the recruitment form: authorized persons in Socamel's human resources department, management and the department in charge of recruitment.

The authorized personnel of our subcontractors, such as the site host and maintainer, who will act in accordance with the Data Controller's instructions.
Third parties in the event that we receive a request from a judicial or public authority empowered by law to do so.
What are my rights?
In accordance with the regulations, you have several rights:

right to rectify your data,
the right to oppose the use of your personal data by withdrawing your consent,

We will reply as soon as possible and no later than one month from receipt of your request.
If we have reasonable doubt about your identity, we may ask you for proof of identity.
In the latter case, a copy of your identity document will be kept for one year if you exercise your right of access or rectification, or for three years if you exercise your right to object, in accordance with the provisions of the French Penal Code.
Is data transferred outside the European Union?
Your data will not be transferred outside the European Union.
