It is particularly well-suited to cold link processes in foodservice, enabling daily deliveries of meals on a weekly cycle. It does not require the use of a gas network or the management of vacuum packaging, thanks to the use of simpler, easy-to-maintain and therefore more economical sealing tools.
In particular, standard sealing allows for the straight-cut principle, in which the sealing film is not cut around the contour of the container (contour cutting), but only across the width of the film web. This makes it possible to change formats more quickly by simply changing the lower part of the tool, thus increasing the productivity and flexibility of the sealing machine.
EVOPACK in-line is an automatic sealing machine with a straight, precise cut. Thanks to its modular, compact design, it can be adapted to any environment, especially where space is at a premium. Easy access to the conveyor and sealing station has been optimized to ensure fast, efficient cleaning, without the need for dismantling.
DUOTRACK is an automatic triple-lane in-line sealer. It can handle a wide range of tray formats, up to a maximum of 1 x GN1/2 per lane. Thanks to its various tooling systems, the machine can seal all types of containers with contour or straight film cutting. Depending on the labeling system chosen, the modular infeed conveyor can be combined with an outfeed roller or a motorized conveyor with realigner.
POLYTRACK is an automatic multi-track in-line sealer with contour cutting. It can accommodate from 1 to 5 tracks, depending on configuration, and adapts to all types of single-use tray formats, from the minimum 95×95 mm to GN1/1. A standard version is available with two film unwinds, enabling independent track operation.
